Services Covered Under These Terms

These Terms of Service apply to all portable toilet and dumpster rentals from Cheap Rentals Company. We provide standard porta potties, ADA-compliant units, and roll-off dumpsters in 10 to 40 cubic yard capacities. Services include delivery, placement, pump-out via vacuum truck, and final pickup. Exclusions: hazardous waste per EPA RCRA, concrete washout, e-waste, and grease trap pumping require separate agreements. Customers must obtain street-use permits for dumpsters placed on public roads. OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 requires employers to provide sanitation facilities for construction workers; our rentals help meet that standard. Each standard unit holds roughly 60–70 gallons in its holding tank. ADA Title III compliance is available with our accessible units. We also offer luxury restroom trailers for events and handwash stations for food-service gatherings, all covered under these terms unless noted otherwise.

Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and delivery route. We require a minimum 48-hour notice for cancellations to avoid fees. Changes to scope such as upgrading container size or adding service frequency must be approved in writing. Our typical drop window is 2–4 hours. Roll-off trucks need about 60 feet of straight-line clearance for safe delivery. For construction sites, pump-out service is scheduled once per week per 10 workers per OSHA guidelines. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery may incur a charge. No-shows or inaccessible sites may result in rescheduling fees.

Estimates and Payment Terms

Quotes are provided based on container size, rental duration, and debris type. Weight allowances are included; tonnage overage fees apply if contents exceed the limit. Tipping fees at the landfill are passed through. Payment is due at the time of booking for first-time customers; established accounts may have net terms. Any changes to scope after quote acceptance may adjust the total. We accept major credit cards and electronic transfers. Contamination fees apply if prohibited materials are found in the dumpster. On-site inspections may be required for large projects. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue.

Workmanship Warranty

Cheap Rentals Company stands behind the quality of our equipment and service. We warrant that all units and containers are clean, functional, and delivered as agreed. Damage caused by customer misuse, overloading, or prohibited materials voids this warranty. Our standard porta potties weigh approximately 200–300 pounds empty and are built for durability. We use vacuum pumps and tarp systems to maintain hygiene during transport. Regular maintenance and pump-out are included in long-term rentals. Any defects should be reported immediately; we will service or replace the unit at no charge if the issue is our fault.

Limitation of Liability

Cheap Rentals Company’s liability is limited to the cost of the rental service. We are not liable for pre-existing site conditions, including inadequate access or unstable ground. Customers assume responsibility for obtaining required permits, such as street-use permits from the municipal public works department. We comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 and ADA Title III standards, but site-specific compliance remains the customer’s duty. Hazardous waste disposal under EPA RCRA is not our responsibility. We are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or force majeure events. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of service.
