DUNK TANK RENTAL

Whether you have a rental from us, or your own portolet that we are servicing, the customer can request additional weekly cleanings for their unit if there is a large volume of people at the unit's location.

RENTAL TERMS & POLICIES
FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH A RENTAL CONTRACT MEANS THE CLIENT ACCEPTS THESE TERMS & POLICIES.
RENTAL CANCELLATION
Cancelling an order requires a 14 day notice or will forfeit 30% of the final sale amount including tax.
RENTAL PAYMENTS
All rental orders must be paid in full at the time of the reservation and must be paid with a Credit Card.
If you are renting monthly, payment will be due at the end of the monthly cycle to renew your order.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept MasterCard, Visa, or Discover.
Cash or Check payments are available for Business's, Organizations, Towns, etc.
DELIVERY AND PICKUP
All deliveries are to first floor.
Deliveries without easy access will be charged accordingly.
Once delivered, all equipment must be ready for pickup in the same place it was originally delivered.
If you wish to have a lock on your portolet unit, the client must provide their own and provide us with the combination/key for our weekly cleanings.
